Construction Equipment Washing

Professional Construction Equipment Washing Across Southeast Idaho

Every dig, pour, and haul across Southeast Idaho leaves equipment caked in mud, bentonite, grease, and calcium chloride dust. Left on the iron, that buildup corrodes pins, cylinders, and radiators, packs into tracks and undercarriages, and turns a routine service into a guessing game because nobody can see the components underneath.

Our construction equipment washing gets the buildup off without pushing grit into places it doesn't belong. We work at your yard or laydown area near I-15, US 20, or any jobsite across the region — no need to drag iron across town to a wash pad. The equipment stays where the work is.

Clean equipment lasts longer between services and stays jobsite- and DOT-presentable. Contractors running mixed fleets of haul trucks, excavators, and wheel loaders use our recurring programs to keep iron in the field instead of in the shop — and to catch wear and leaks early, before they become a breakdown.

We use professional-grade degreasers and controlled pressure — enough to lift caked mud and grease from booms, buckets, pins, and radiators, not enough to bend fins or force water into seals and electronics. The result is equipment that's clean, inspectable, and ready for the next job.

What We Handle

Construction Equipment Washing — Scope of Work

Excavators & loaders

Track and wheel machines — booms, buckets, pins, cylinders, and counterweights.

Skid steers & dozers

Undercarriage, tracks, blades, and loader arms — mud and grease removal.

Cranes & haul trucks

Boom, carrier, deck, and bed — grease, mud, and debris removal.

Radiators & coolers

Blow out dust and bentonite without bending fins or forcing water into the core.

Our Process

How We Wash

1. Soap wash

Professional-grade heavy-equipment soap applied to booms, buckets, pins, and undercarriages — the same degreasers used at professional truck and equipment washes.

2. Scrub as needed

Agitate caked mud, grease, and bentonite on tracks, rollers, pins, and radiators to break down the heavy buildup.

3. Rinse

Controlled pressure lifts the loosened buildup from every surface without forcing grit into seals or electronics.

4. Final inspection & touch up

We flush tracks and undercarriages, blow out radiators gently, and inspect for missed spots before calling the equipment clean.

Acid brighteners available on request for heavy oxidation, stained aluminum, or chrome that needs a deeper restore than soap and pressure alone — just ask when booking.

Why It Matters

The Case for Construction Equipment Washing

Why packed mud drives premature wear

Mud and bentonite packed into tracks, rollers, and pins act like a grinding compound. Every hour the machine runs, that abrasive paste wears pins, bushings, and track components faster than clean operation ever would. A regular undercarriage flush removes the abrasive before it does the damage — and it's one of the cheapest ways to extend the life of a track machine.

Why clean equipment is easier to maintain

You can't inspect what you can't see. A layer of mud and grease hides leaks, cracks, loose bolts, and worn components until they become a failure. Clean equipment lets your mechanic — or our crew — spot the small issues during a wash that would otherwise become a breakdown in the field. A wash is a walking inspection.

Jobsite and DOT cleanliness

Many jobsites and DOT-regulated routes require equipment to be clean before it rolls — both to avoid tracking mud and debris onto public roads and to meet jobsite cleanliness standards. A mobile wash at your yard or laydown area gets equipment compliant before it ever hits the road, without a trip to a wash pad.
